The Lost Poets – Orang rojak, blends of Bugis, Kadazan, Jawa, Chinese, Malay, Acehnese, Polish, Dutch, English. Global voices, swept upon the Malayan peninsular by trade winds centuries old, by birth, by choice or by chance. Fiesty, fiery, fierce, frenzied, poets who wandered off the path and found each other beneath banyan trees. Specially gathered for the Bangun, the Lost Poets bring the alternative voices of Malaysia to Penang for these unique spoken word performances.
